Apply now for our CASA Pre-Service Training that begins Tuesday August 2nd and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays until, August 18th. Participants will learn best practices when advocating for a youth in foster care and will continue on their way to becoming a CASA volunteer and making a difference in our Community.
Volunteers are required to attend one day of Court Room Observation during the training session. This will be offered once during the training from 8:45 am until 4:00 pm at the Prince George’s County Circuit Court. Volunteers will sign-up at training.
*Please note that all volunteers who are assigned to youth 14 and older are required to take the Fostering Futures Training. 80% of our volunteers will be assigned to teenagers.
